Brazilian Ramen Noodles
I have created this Ramen Noodles recipe during my years of college. It is delicious, fast and easy to make. When I first came to America in 2003, the taste of American food and even American Ramen Noodles were different and not so pleasant to my palate. So I decided to use Brazilian ingredients to make this dish taste like home. Here we go:
Ingredients:
2 packages of Ramen Noodles (package of seasoning will not be used)
1 can of Nestle Cream of milk
Garlic Powder
Salt
Potato chips (broken into small pieces)
Preparation:
Place the Ramen Noodles on a small container and put water just enough to cover the Noodles. Cook the noodles on the microwave for 6 min. After cooked, season the noodles with the garlic and salt as needed. Open the Nestle Cream of milk and use only the cream not the watery part of the cream over the noodles and mix it all together. Place on the place and put potato chips broken into pieces on top of the noodles. This recipe is to be served hot and serves two people.
Late Night Ramen Noodle Chocolate No-bake Goodness
In college, most cooking privileges are non-existent. All you are left with is a microwave and an illegal hot plate. What is a late night baker supposed to do with a limited budget and limited resources? Why make some Ramen Noodle Chocolate No Bakes for some friends and watch your dorm room hit max capacity of course! :) Here's the recipe:
1 bag of Ramen Noodle Soup crushed(Save the soup packet for your morning hangover. Soup is good!)
1/4 C. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 T natural peanut butter
1 T sugar
1 T milk
1/4 t vanilla
1 1/2 t salted butter
Put the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and let 'er melt for about 45 seconds. Then, mix in the remaining goodness. Microwave for another 45 seconds and drop into cookie size deliciousness on a waxed paper or the like. Enjoy! Keep the noise down... there isn't enough to share with your R.A.
